These are the ones the service does not work without. They cannot be switched off from the product settings, because switching them off is the same as blocking access.

• Active workspace, so the screen knows which account it belongs to
• Request forgery protection and abuse control

3. Preferences

These hold choices of yours so the interface does not start over on every visit.

• Light, dark or system theme
• Interface language
• Collapsed or expanded state of the sidebar

4. Usage measurement

Where usage measurement exists, it is there to understand which screens are used and where people get stuck, in aggregate. We do not use that data to build an individual profile or for advertising.

5. Third-party cookies

The product loads no advertising network cookies.

Opening a screen that embeds an external service, such as the payment flow or the login of a platform you connected, may let that service set its own cookies, under its own policy.

6. How to control them

Every browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its privacy settings. Blocking the essential ones prevents access to your account.

Deleting Omni Connect cookies signs the session out and returns preferences to their defaults.

7. Changes to this policy

If we start using a new category of cookie, we update this page first, and the update date at the top changes with it.
