Subprocessors
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Who processes data on behalf of Omni Connect, for what purpose and in which country. We give 30 days of notice before adding any new subprocessor to the list.
- 30 days
- Of notice before a new subprocessor goes live
- No training
- AI vendors do not train models on your content
1. Controller and processor
When you use Omni Connect to handle your audience's data, you are the one deciding the purpose. In that relationship you are the controller and we are the processor, acting on your instruction.
For data about your own account, such as registration, billing and access logs, we are the controller.
2. Subprocessors in use
These are the third parties that may process data in the course of providing the service:
- Application and database hosting, on a dedicated server in the United States, operated by Hostinger International Limited
- Anthropic PBC, United States, for the artificial intelligence features
- OpenAI, L.L.C., United States, for artificial intelligence, search embeddings and audio transcription
- ZeroBounce, United States, for email address validity checks
AI vendors receive only the excerpt needed for the task you asked for, at the moment you ask for it, and are contractually barred from using that content to train models.
3. Payment processing
While billing is not enabled, no payment subprocessor is in operation. When it is, processing will be handled by a PCI DSS certified processor, this list will be updated beforehand, and we will not store your card number at any point.
4. Platforms you connect
When you connect a channel, data travels through that channel's platform on your instruction. They are not our subprocessors: they are services of yours, with their own terms between you and them.
That applies to WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger through Meta, to Telegram, and to whichever email or SMS provider you configure.
5. International transfers
Some of the vendors above sit outside the country you are in. Where the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation applies, those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
In other cases, we apply the safeguards required by the law applicable to your processing.
6. Notice before adding a new one
Before putting a new subprocessor into operation, we publish the change on this page at least 30 days in advance.
If the addition is incompatible with your operation, you may end the subscription before it takes effect, and in that case we return the proportional value of the unused period.
